How humbling.

We have a pretty good

system. In fact it has

arguably the best

audiophile-quality bass

of any speaker made

today, with 2000 watts

powering two large

speakers with six 10-inch

ceramic drivers each.

But, as we do every year,

standing outside the

Folsom Stadium on the

University of Colorado

campus in Boulder

listening to the fireworks

going off above - I

think.. Uh, nope. Not

quite there yet.

The fireworks are loud

enough that we do not

listen to them in the

stadium (which had a

live choir this year, which

we WOULD have liked to

hear more of) for fear of

damaging our hearing.

Let the 40,000 other

people become a little

more deaf (Every year

people rush out of the

stadium during the

firework display with

little dogs and small

children - finally getting

a clue. But, sadly, too

late. Too late.).
